Hi there; that's me on the left, I'm the proud owner of Phoenix Property Services and have worked within the industry for the last 20 years. I also run a web design business called Out of This World Web Creations (but that's a different story).

House Removals Combined With Home Cleaning

I started the business in 1998 with one van; after spending years undertaking industrial cleaning for many different companies. I wanted to incorporate house cleaning with house removals; unfortunately there wasn't much demand for the cleaning but the removals side of things really took of. It wasn't long before I had to purchase another 2 vans to keep up with demand, soon I was doing part and full house removals all over Europe!

Rise of the recession!

Life and business were good up until 2007 when the recession hit! Removal companies were hit quicker and harder than most other business's; we were losing about 80% of our business each year! We needed to act fast in order to recover, it was then that we added the house clearance and crime scene cleaning to the mix of services we provided.

Survival and recovery!

I was intensely trained in this business sector through the National Academy of Crime Scene Cleaners and the UK House Clearance Association. This training sparked new life into my business and as a result we continue to grow within the recession employing new staff and purchasing more vehicles to cope with the demand these new services have created.
